Where is this merch from?

A Red Orchid Theatre has partnered with Printful, a print-on-demand service. Printful makes each product especially for you as soon as you place an order, then ships it directly to you. Making products on-demand instead of in bulk does mean your items will take a bit longer to ship, but it reduces overproduction and waste.

What kinds of items can I buy? Will more items become available later?

A Red Orchid sells four types of merch:

  • LOGO ESSENTIALS: Basic AROT logo items, including our OrKids youth items, that are available year-round
  • SEASONAL COLLECTIONS: Groups of items that will become available in Winter, Spring, Summer, & Fall
  • SHOW & EVENT MERCH: Limited-run merch collections for AROT productions & events
  • SPECIAL ITEMS: Limited-edition items, including revivals of past AROT merch and and items designed by ensemble artists.

Can I buy merch at AROT?

We will be keeping some inventory on hand at the theatre, especially for popular items. We will have samples available for you to see and touch at performances. We will also be selling merch at some of our events.

What if my item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective?

Please email our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Hope Campbell, right away with a description of the problem and a photo of the item. In order for us to get you a refund or a replacement item at no cost, we must submit a problem report with Printful no later than 30 days after you receive the product.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

For orders lost in transit, please email our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Hope Campbell, right away. In order for us to get you a refund or a replacement item at no cost, we must submit a problem report with Printful no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

What if I run into another issue with my order or the website?

Please email our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Hope Campbell, for assistance regarding the website, billing, shipping, pricing, designs, etc.

I’m an artist and an AROT fan! Can I design some merch for AROT?

Wonderful! Please email our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Hope Campbell, about your idea, and we will determine whether we are interested in a collaboration.

How can I show my love for AROT’s merch?

There are many ways, besides just wearing AROT’s brand out in the world! You can post photos of yourself with your AROT swag on social media, and tag A Red Orchid Theatre for the chance to be featured on our Facebook or Instagram. You can also purchase AROT swag as gifts for your family and friends.
