Seating

If you or a member of your party has an accessibility need that can be best accommodated with specific seating, please include that information when booking your ticket. You are also welcome to contact the box office at audience@aredorchidtheatre.org or by calling (312) 943-8722, and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you with those arrangements.

Our theatre has stair and ramp access to enter the performance space, and may require additional steps depending on the configuration of our stage. Due to the intimate nature of our space, late entry and re-entry is not guaranteed.

Accessible Performances:

We are pleased to offer Open Captioned performances for all of our productions. For dates and times, please visit the show page of the production you are interested in. Tickets for the Open Caption seating section are available at a discounted rate.

Access Tickets:

Beginning with Season 33, we are pleased to offer a limited number of $15 access tickets for every performance! Access Tickets provide those who may not otherwise be able to afford to see theatre the opportunity to attend productions at a discounted rate. These tickets are first-come, first-served and will be publicly available when tickets go on sale for each production. Access tickets are made possible by our Arts for All ticket level.

COVID-19 Policies:

We are no longer requiring patrons to show proof of COVID-19 vaccinations upon entry. Masks are encouraged but not required in our space.

Content Warnings:

Our show programs include sensory, atmospheric, and emotive content warnings. All content warnings are posted on the production’s webpage and on a sign outside the theatre. For questions regarding the content of our productions, please contact audience@aredorchidtheatre.org or call (312) 943-8722.
