WHY SHOULD I SUBSCRIBE AT A RED ORCHID THEATRE?

Subscribing is the best way to guarantee great seats for every show in our season and access to great deals all year round. Each Flashpass Subscription guarantees subscribers one ticket for each of the three shows in our season, as well as an additional 20% discount on any additional tickets purchased. Subscribers also enjoy reserved seating at every show, a no-fee ticket exchange policy, and early access to events such as readings, panel discussions, and more!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE VARIOUS SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?

The FLASHPASS ($90) includes one ticket to each of the 3 shows in our season. Includes reserved seats, ticket and date flexibility, no-fee ticket exchange. Excludes Opening & Red Nights.

The PREVIEW FLASHPASS ($60) includes one ticket to one of the preview performances for each of the 3 shows in our season. Includes reserved seats, ticket and date flexibility, no-fee ticket exchange within the preview run. To exchange into the regular run, there is a $10/ticket upgrade fee. Excludes Opening & Red Nights.

The RED NIGHT FLASHPASS ($150) includes one ticket for the Red Night Opening of each of the 3 shows in our season. Red Nights are special performances celebrating the opening of each show and include a post-show celebration with A Red Orchid Ensemble Members, Donors, and Guest Artists.

HOW DO I BOOK MY TICKETS?

Tickets can be booked anytime online here or over the phone at (312) 943-8722. Tickets are available for reservation by subscribers one month before previews begin and popular shows sell out quickly, so we recommend reserving your seats as early as possible.

WHAT IF I NEED TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS TO A SHOW?

All Flashpass holders enjoy a 20% discount on any additional single tickets they purchase.

I DIDN’T SEE MY TICKETS IN MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION! WHAT DO I DO?

We are a ticketless Box Office, so as long as you received your confirmation email, you’re all set! When you arrive at the theatre, please check in with the Box Office/ House Management. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Box Office and we make other arrangements.

SOMETHING CAME UP, AND I HAVE TO SWITCH MY RESERVATION TO ANOTHER DAY. ARE THERE EXCHANGE FEES FOR SUBSCRIBERS?

Subscribers do not pay exchange fees. Just call give us a call at (312) 943-8722 during Box Office hours and we’d be happy to help you find another performance to attend!

CAN I REQUEST TO SIT IN A SPECIFIC SPOT IN THE THEATRE?

We always reserve the best possible seats for our subscribers. If you have any special requests, particularly those related to mobility/accessibility issues, please let us know when you book your tickets so we can keep those needs in mind when reserving seats.
