Stephanie Shum
Stephanie Shum is a Chicago-based actor and arts administrator. She joined A Red Orchid's team in 2022 and previously served as Co-Artistic Director of The New Coordinates as well as Marketing Manager at Lookingglass Theatre. She is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
As a performer, Stephanie had the pleasure of performing in The Targeted and RevolutionĀ and understudying The Moors with AROT. In Chicago she has also worked with Steppenwolf, Goodman, Victory Gardens, American Theater Company, Raven, Rivendell, The Gift, The Neo-Futurists, First Floor, Red, and The New Coordinates, among others. Regionally, TheatreSquared and Milwaukee Rep. She is a 2023 3Arts Make a Wave grantee, a graduate of the School at Steppenwolf, and is represented by Gray Talent Group.
