Audrey Billings
Audrey Billings joined A Red Orchid Theatre in November 2022, bringing years of experience in financial analysis, strategy, ensemble theatre production, and small business development. As Managing Director, she partners with Artistic Director Kirsten Fitzgerald to oversee day-to-day operations, programming, and the strategic growth of the organization. She collaborates closely with the Board of Directors to innovate and implement best practices in the business functions, fundraising, and administration of A Red Orchid.
Audrey holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. In addition to being an actor and vocalist, she spent several years at Visionary Eye Care Professionals, where she started as an optician/bookkeeper and worked her way up to Director of Operations. In early 2022, she played Emilie in A Red Orchid’s Jeff Award-winning production of The Moors. She is an ensemble member at American Blues Theater, and a proud member of Actor’s Equity.
