PERFORMANCE POLICIES

Our box office opens one hour prior to curtain.

All seating is general admission with reserved seating for subscribers. Patrons typically begin lining up to enter the theatre around 15 to 30 minutes prior to curtain.

We are a ticketless box office; Upon arrival, please check in with the Box Office/ House Management at the theatre to receive a program and vital show-specific information. Please note that if you purchased tickets from a third-party seller (i.e. HotTix), you may be asked to show your confirmation email.

Due to the intimate nature of our space, we do not offer late seating or re-entry into the theatre once the show has started.

CONCESSIONS

Due to safety protocols related to COVID-19, A Red Orchid Theatre will not be offering concessions during Season 30. We look forward to bringing back refreshments and snacks in the coming seasons.
